You can also designate via Phone. Please call 800.847.4836. At the prompt say, “Thrivent Choice.” At the next prompt, say “Choice Dollars.” Select “Option 1” and a representative will help you designate your dollars.

Be sure to tell them that you want all future dollars designated to Lutheran Campus Ministry to UW-Stout.
